These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the genturs website, products, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or purchasing, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be the age of majority and have legal capacity. You’re responsible for safeguarding your credentials and all activities under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

2. Orders & Contract Formation

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept, refuse, or cancel any order within reasonable discretion (e.g., stock/price errors, suspected fraud). If canceled after payment, we’ll refund the amounts for canceled items.

3. Pricing, Taxes & Payments

Prices are as shown at checkout and may change without notice. Applicable taxes, duties, and fees may apply at checkout or upon import. By submitting payment details, you authorize us or our processor to charge the full order amount. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable processing time.

4. Shipping & Risk of Loss

Estimated delivery windows depend on carriers and may be affected by customs, weather, or force majeure. Where permitted by law, title and risk pass to you upon delivery to the carrier; however, this does not affect your statutory rights or our obligations under applicable consumer protection laws.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law or stated otherwise.

6. Product Information & Sizing

We strive for accuracy in colors, fabrics, and sizing, but minor variations can occur due to batch differences, finishing, or display settings. Size guides and care instructions are informational and not warranties.

7. Promotions, Gift Cards & Credits

Promotions are time-limited and subject to stated terms. Unless specified, discounts are non-stackable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash. Gift cards/store credits are subject to validity rules where permitted by law.

8. User Content

By submitting reviews, images, or feedback, you grant genturs a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with the Services. You represent you own or control the rights to such content.

9. Intellectual Property

For any claim, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless genturs and its affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of law or third-party rights.
